David is survived by his son, Adam Young and Adam's wife Glenys Young of Lubbock; his sister, Denise Hufstedler, and her husband Duane Hufstedler; a nephew, Geoffrey Hufstedler, and a niece, Lauren Johnson and her husband Jeremiah Johnson all of Abilene.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Garland and Mary Young of Abilene.

So sorry to hear of David's passing.  I had known David since our Bonham elem. school days and always knew him to be a nice guy with a quick wit and subtle sense of humor.  His artwork will outlast all of us.  Condolences to his family.
